Facing increasing claims processing volumes, the Department of Veterans Affairs Health Administration Center had a workflow that depended on several antiquated apps that typically handled just a single step in their process. After initial user research and technical discovery, we developed a re-platforming strategy that consolidated functionality—from claim intake to EOB letters—into a unified suite of browser-based applications.
